all RJDSEs/DEOs are informed that the committee relating to asfety and security of women and girls in telangana state has submitted certain recommendations to the govgt one of hte recommendation is to see that use of cell phones in educational institutions is prohibited.
in view of the above all RJDSE/DEOs are directed to issue the following instructions to all the schools under all managements working under their jurisdictions

- Neither the teacher nor the student shall permitted to carry cell phones in the class room
- all the schools managements shall make seperate arrangements for depositing mobiles phones either in the staff room or with the watchmen & ward/security
