in continuation of GO 3 Dt 05-01-2016 adhoc rule was issued reducing the minimum service reqruied for promotion by transfer involving promotion from 3 years to 2 years for the panel year 2015-16 and 2016-17, and after careful examination of the matter on receipt of representation received form the various unions, govt decided to extend the said provision for the current panel year 2017-18.
Notification was issued in this regard vide the GO.85 Dt:18-05-2018.
