Contribution of one day’s basic pay by Gazetted and Non-Gazetted employees, Teaching and Non-Teaching staff of Universities and one day’s salary by IAS Officer’s towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for donating the same to the flood victims of Kerala State – Deduction – Orders issued GO.1138 Dt:23-08-2018 @goir.telangana.gov.in
the President, Telangana Secretariat Association and the Chairman, Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers, Teachers, Pensioners &Workers, Telangana State, Hyderabad offered their willingness for contribution of one day’s basic pay from the salaries of all employees of Telangana Secretariat, Legislature and all the employees of Non-Gazetted Officers, Gazetted Officers, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners of Telangana State who are part of Joint Action Committee from the salary of August, 2018 payable on 1st September, 2018 and remit into the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to donate the same to the flood victims of Kerala State .
In the reference 3rd read above, the Honorary Secretary, the Telangana State IAS Officer’s Association has resolved to contribute one day salary of the serving IAS Officer’s in Telangana to the CMRF of Kerala as a small contribution towards the rescue, relief and rehabilitation work and requested to deduct the same from the salary of August, 2018 payable on 1st September, 2018 for the above said purpose.
Government after careful consideration hereby order that the following
deductions shall be made based on the representations of the following Associations :
- The President, Telangana Secretariat Association -One Day’s Basic Pay
- The Chairman, Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers, Teachers, Pensioners & workers, Telangana State, Hyderabad. (Including Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Universities of Telangana State) -One Day’s Basic Pay
- The Honorary Secretary, the Telangana State IAS Officer’s Association, Hyderabad. One Day’s Salary of the serving IAS Officer’s in Telangana State.
All the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of Secretariat Departments / all
Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the Heads of Departments and Registrars of all Universities of Telangana State concerned shall attach separate schedules to the pay bills for the month of August, 2018 payable on 1st September, 2018 and shall be credited to the following head of account exclusively for relief of flood victims of Kerala State.

All the Drawing and Disbursing Officers and Registrars of all Universities of Telangana Statecoming under the purview of Telangana State shall ensure that the correct deductions are made from the pay bills of August, 2018.
The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad, Pay and Accounts Officer, Telangana, Hyderabad and Director of Works Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabadand Registrars of all Universities of Telangana Stateshall personally be responsible to ensure that full deductions are made and remitted into the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the purpose of relief of flood victims of Kerala State and inform the same to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (CMRF) Department, Telangana State Secretariat, Hyderabad and to the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad without fail.
The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad, Pay and Accounts Officer, Telangana, Hyderabad and Director of Works Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad shall issue necessary instructions to their subordinate officers working under their respective administrative control to comply with the above orders.
