Release of Honorarium to the persons for maintenance of toilets, cleaning of school premises Rc.2191

Release of Honorarium to engage person for maintenance of toilets, cleaning of school premises, watering of plants etc., in Government & Local body management schools for the year 2018-19 - Release of Honorarium for Three (3) months for the period from June,2018 to August 2018 in Phase - I for 25218 Schools (Rc.No.2191/SSA/Plg/T7/2017, Dt:16.07.2018)

DSE & SPD, TSSA has accorded permission to release honorarium (June, July & August) to engage person for maintenance of toilets, cleaning of school premises, watering plants etc., in Government & Local body management schools for the year 2018-19. The details of the grants are given in the proceedings Rc.2191 released by DSE & SPD, TSSA.

Honorarium for 3 months released to Govt and Local body schools as shown below:

1. Total amount released Rs.19,92,22,500/-
2. SC component: Rs. 4,78,91,150/-
3. ST component: Rs. 2,78,91,150/-
4. General: Rs. 12,35,17,950/-

Job Chart of the personnel:

1. The person has to attend the school at 7am and stay int he school till the closure
2. To clean the school premises, class rooms and toilets
3. watering the plants in the school premises daily.
4. providing drinking water to the children
