MLC elections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Voters List - Schedule - Notification - Electoral preparation
Preparation of electoral rolls for certain seats of Graduates' and Teachers, Constituencies of State Legislative Council with reference to 1st November, 2018 as the qualifying date
following vacancies in the State Legislative Council of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana would be required to be filled up by conducting biennial elections before the dates of retirement of members of the Council mentioned in the table given below

The Commission has considered the proposals made by CEOs of Andhra pradesh and Telengana vids their letters No. 2463iElecs.BlA2l2o1g-1, dated 15.09.2018, No. 2463/Elecs-81A212018-3, dated 25.09.2018 and letter No. 1865/Etecs.BtA2t2O1B-1, 17.09.2018 respectively and ordered de-novo preparation of electoral rolls of the above said constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Legislative Councils with reference to 1st November,2019 as the qualifying date, so as to have fresh electoral rolls for elections in the aforesaid constituencies as per the following schedule:
- Issue of Public notice & Registration of Electors Ruel1960: 01-10-2018
- First Republication of Notice in Newspaper: 15-10-2018
- Last date of receipt of Application in Form 18 or 19: 06-11-2018
- final Publication of Electoral Rolls: 20-02-2019
