Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham - AP Nirudyoga Bhruthi- Monthly Allowance to youth to reduce the burden on the family of unemployed

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced the AP Yuva Naandi scheme/Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018. To support and mitigate hardship faced by educated unemployed youth in the state our Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu started this scheme.

The scheme is designed to upgrade skills of educated unemployed youth to make them employable and competent and cope with the expectations of industry. Similarly, to enable them to become entrepreneurs.

This scheme surely could lessen the burden on unemployed youth and help them find a job at the earliest. This scheme will financially help the youth to get skill training for better chances of getting a job.

During the application process, the candidates can fill their interested skills to get the training. The eligible candidates will get Rs 1000 every month from the government. The government offering the helping hands to more than 10 lakh people in the state

THE GOVT OF ANDHRA PRADESH HAS COME UP WITH AN INNOVATIVE SCHEME OF MUKHYAMANTRI YUVANESTHAM WHICH WILL BENEFIT AROUND 12 LAKH UNEMPLOYED YOUTH BASED ON THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IN ANDHRA PRADESH. YOUTHS WILL GET THIS MONTHLY ALLOWANCE TO PURSUE SKILL DEVELOPMENT COURSES AND REDUCE THE BURDEN ON THE FAMILY OF UNEMPLOYED YOUTHS.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Minimum educational qualification should be Graduation or any Diploma of two years and above duration.
3. Should be in the age group of 22-35 years.
4. Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
5. Should belong to a family below poverty line. All the eligible beneficiaries from the family shall be considered.
6. Movable / Immovable properties: Having 4 wheelers are ineligible. Having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5.00 acres maximum are eligible. In respect of Anantapuramu district the limit is maximum wet land will be 5.00 acres and dry land will be 10.00 acres.
7. Those who have availed financial assistance / loan under any state government sponsored self-employment scheme of above Rs. 50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.
8. Those who are working pursing formal education are not eligible.
9. Those who are working in public / private sector / quasi-government or those self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
10. Applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Central / State government service. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

How to Apply:

1. Enter aadhaar number, Security code and click on Verify button.
2. Details will be displayed.
3. Enter unemployed Aadhaar number, and click on SEND OTP button, OTP will be sent to Aadhaar linked mobile number.
4. Enter received OTP and click on VERIFY OTP(Note : Resend OTP will be enabled after 1 minute) button after successful verification of OTP page redirects to personal details page.
5. This page displayed with your personal details. If you want to change your address details then click on edit button and update your address details.
6. If you want to change your Mobile number then click on edit button window will be displayed.
7. Enter mobile number and click on Send OTP button, OTP will be sent to entered mobile number.
8. Enter received OTP and click on Verify OTP button. Your mobile number successfully updated.
9. After successful updating of mobile number enter E-Mail ID(Optional)click on APPLY /CONTINUE button. Your eligibility criteria with status will be displayed.
10. If you want to check your Aadhaar and bank account linking status , Then click on Click here button
11. Enter UID/VID number, Security code and click on SNED OTP button, OTP will be sent to Aadhaar linked mobile number. Enter received OTP and click on LOGIN button
12. Your bank Aadhaar mapping status will be displayed.
13. If you are not eligible remarks with description will be displayed. Eligible criteria will be shown as tick mark, Not eligible criteria will be shown as cross mark.


14.  This module will appear when your aadhaar number not seeded with registration number.
15.  Enter hall ticket number and click on Get education details button your education details, personal details will be displayed.
16.  Name should be same in both Aadhaar and education details
17.  If your name not matches it shows Name mismatch
18.  Choose certificate and click on Upload button, Your certificate successfully uploaded. Click on declaration checkbox and click on Agree button data uploaded successfully and submission of application module will be populated.
19. If you are agree to as per the information available with us select Agree and click on Submit & Closebutton alert message will be displayed and reads like Success and page redirects to login page
20. If you are disagree to as per the information available with us, You are eligible but system shows as not eligible for the allowance then select as disagree and click on GREIVANCE REGISTARTION button
21. Select one grievance and enter all fields and click on SUBMIT button. Your grievance raised successfully.
22. If person eligible all eligibility criteria will be show with tick mark
23. If you want to opt out from the scheme then click on Opt Out button, Alert message will be displayed and reads like Are you sure do you want to opt out NO YES
24. Click NO stay in same screen, Click on Yes you are successfully opt out from the scheme.
25. Click NO stay in same screen, Click on Yes you are successfully opt out from the scheme.
26. You are successfully opt out from the scheme and Yuvanestham ID successfully generated and page redirects to My Profile screen.
27. Click on declaration checkbox and click on Apply for Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham button. Data submitted successfully and application id will be generated
28. Data submitted successfully and application id will be generated and page redirects to my profile screen and Yuvanestham ID will be sent to registered Mail ID and Mobile number
29. Your profile details will be displayed as shown, If you want to Opt Out from the scheme then click on Opt Out button
30. Click on Educational details " button your educational details will be displayed.
31. If you want to add more education details, Then fill all mandatory fields and click on ADD button. Your education details added successfully.
32. Click on Areas of interest" button details will be displayed. Select type job placement or self employee and select any 3 area of interest and click on SUBMIT button data submitted successfully.
33. Click on Trainings attended" button details will be displayed.
34. Click on Payment transaction" button details will be displayed.
35. Click on Grievance details" button details will be displayed.
36. If you are not raised any grievances it will shows No grievance details found
37. If you raised any grievances details will be displayed like as shown in below image
38. Click on Preview button, Preview page will be displayed.
