It is hereby notified that, (In compliance with the Hon’ble High Court orders in Writ Appeal No.419 of 2019 and W.P. Nos. 8679, 14343, 15052 & 15698 of 2019 dated 30/08/2019) after seeking relinquishment from the candidates who were selected in selection notification Dt 04.04.2019, 29.04.2019, 03.05.2019, 16.05.2019, 27.05.2019, 24.06.2019 & 29.06.2019., a fresh Selection has been done for Direct Recruitment (General) to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher- Telugu Medium superceding the selection Notifications Dt 04.04.2019, 29.04.2019, 03.05.2019, 16.05.2019, 27.05.2019, 24.06.2019 & 29.06.2019. 3325 candidates with the Hall Ticket Numbers listed here are provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher- Telugu Medium on the basis of OMR Examinations held on 25/02/2018 FN. The selections are published here-with subject to the following conditions.
If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or Commission of any candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and they will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection. Besides that, the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the provisions as notified in TSPSC Rules of Procedure published in Telangana State Gazette

The selections are subject to the final outcome of W.P.s and other cases pending, if any, before the Hon’ble High Court, Telangana State.
(59) vacancies are kept vacant / withheld due to various W.Ps pending in Hon’ble High Court

20887/2018, 21302/2018, 21971/2018, 22527/2018, 22742/2018, 22782/2018, 23390/2018,
23689/2018 & 9467/2018, 9374/2018, 9887/2018, 8679/2019, 15382/2019 (old W.P No.10344/2019),
23785/18 & 38877/2018.
The result of (58) vacancies is kept withheld due to consequential effect of clarification on claim of Agency of the candidates selected in Agency areas.
The selection of PH vacancies will be declared later on receipt of interchangeability among categories from Education Department.
(74) vacancies left unfilled due to non-availability of eligible candidates.
Provisional list of Selected candidates is subject to the outcome of various WPs filed in Hon’ble High Court.
