Check list for Presiding Officers and list of stationary items envelops to be issued for conduct of polling at distribution center

For successful conduct of polling Presiding officer will be provided some needful items which are to be used at the polling station to perform polling process. All the items required at the polling station will be provided by the election commission at the distribution counters before the day of polling.

Presiding officer needs to know the list of items which are provided for conduct of polling and he/she must ensure the receiving of all those items before leaving the distribution center. 

Along with the EVM & VVPAT machine some stationary items will be provided for sealing of EVM, display tems, stationary items to be used during the polling, indelible ink, marker, books, dairy, forms, envelops etc.

All these items must be used at polling station time to time during the poll as per the guidelines issued by the Election commission.
