NSDL has given an option to the employees to withdraw a partial amount of 25% from their PRAN CPS Accounts. Employee or subscriber can withdraw their amounts in certain situations which are mentioned in the NSDL Guidelines.
A Partial withdrawal of accumulated pension wealth of the subscriber, not exceeding 25% of the contributions made by the subscriber and excluding contribution made by the employer, if any at any time before exit from NPS subject to the terms and conditions.

NSDL has prepared guidelines to withdraw the partial amount of the employee in certain following situations

Purpose of withdrawal

1. For High education of his or her children including a legally adopted child
2. for the marriage of his or her children, including legally dopted child
3. for the purchase of construction of a residential house or flat in his or her own name or in a joint name with his or her legally wedded spouse.
4. for treatment of specific illness.
5. medical and incidental expenses arising out of the disability or incapacitation suffered by the subscriber

4. Multiple Sclerosis
5. Major Organ Transplant
6. Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
7. Aorta Graft Surgery
8. Heart Valve Surgery

11. Coma
12. Total blindness
13. Paralysis
14. Accident of serious/life threatening  nature
15. any other critical illness of threatening nature as stipulated in the circulars guidelines issued by the authority from time to time

on examination of the procedure envisaged by the Pension Fund Regulator and Development Authority, in such matters the following guidelines are issued seamless process

Conditions for withdrawal

1. subscriber should complete 3 yrs of service
2. subscriber should submit the proofs for withdrawal of 25% amount.
3. Signature/thumb impression should be there in application form.
4. correct bank account should be mentioned

Procedure to calculate the 25% of the amount in the among the total balance in PRAN CPS account is given under in the attachments. Subscribers must read the example of claculating their 25% amount and submit the application form along with the all original evidences to the sub treasury office of their respective district with DDO attestation. The Application will be processed by the Treasury Department till the end of the process.
