Training presentation manual for polling personnel drafted for Election work
Election commission will give training to all the personnel who are going to particiapate in the polling process. For that Election commission will provide us an user manual to know the duties of the polling personnel along with DOs and Donts. Persons who drafted for polling duty must read the manual to know how to conduct the polling on the polling day.
Besides this Election Commission appointed Master trainers to train the polling personnel. District Election Officer provides some training material to the master trainers. These master trainers will take training at District level and they conduct training to the polling personnel. The material provided by the DEO is shown the the trainings to polling personnel.
