Earned Leave to the teachers who have participated in Samaiky andhra Agitation and attended the Schools for 33 Days on Public Holidays - Orders - Issued. These 17 Days ELs Earned Leave cannot be encased either at the time of retirement or at the time of surrender, as this leave is in the nature of Compensatory Leave for which encasement is not there.

Explanation about ELs

1. Chief Executive Officer Adityanath Das issued Memorandum No. 3957 / services.II / A.1 / 2015 on 23.01.2019 by issuing 17 earning holidays (EL'S).
2. It is not possible to make these holidays in cash. Alternate holidays can be used when needed.
3. They cannot be converted in cash, even if EL's 300 is less when retired.
4. In the Service Register, they should be entered into the EL's Register table specifically. Other EL'S should not be lost.
