Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department of Andhra Pradesh has issued notification to fill 1900 ANM/MPHA(F) posts vacancies. This recruitment is on the Regular Basis vide Notification No.1/2019
Applications are invited from qualified and eligible persons for RECRUITMENT OF MPHAs(F) ON REGULAR BASIS to work in Health Sub-Centers in Andhra Pradesh State

Educational Qualification for Recruitment of ANM/MPHA(F)
- Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination;
- Must have passed EITHER 18124 months MPHA(F) course conducted in the State (recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council) OR Two Years lntermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) Course and have completed one year Clinical Training in selected Government Hospital.
Age limits for Recruitment of ANM/MPHA(F)
Maximum age limit is 42 years as on 01.02.2019; and age relaxation as per rules' ln the case of MPHA (F) already working on contract basis the weightage will be allowed.
Application for Recruitment of ANM/MPHA(F)
The Applicants have to submit their applications to the respective DM&HOs in the districts on any working day between 10.30 am to 5.00 pm from 02-02-2019.
The last date for receipt of Application is 20-02-2019 at 5.00 pm (Department is not responsible for Postal delays.
Fee for Recruitment of ANM/MPHA(F)
Each application must be accompanied by D.D. worth Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) payable at Vijayawada drawn in favour of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, AP, Gollapudi, Vijayawada. The SC, ST, BC and Ex-service men are exempted from PaYment of fee.

Application process is Offline basis. Candidates has to download the application form given below. Fill the application form and submit application to the respective DM & HO's office in their district on any working day before the last date given in the notification.
