Students who are not satisfy their marks they can apply for revaluation and recounting of their answer scripts in the prescribed proforma provided by the Director of Govt Examinations, telangana. Director of the Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad have issued instructions to the all the DEOs in Telangana State to be aware that the department has commenced the work relating to the verification cum providing photostat of the valued answer scripts immediately after receiving the applications from the candidates.

Schedule for re-verification of valued answer scripts

1. Constitution of counters at designated points 13-05-2019
2. Receipt of application for Re-verification from 13-05-2019 to 27-05-2019
3. Commencement of work relating to reverification of answer scripts by subject experts/teams: alternate dates after receiving of applications
4. Submission of original answer scritps in the O/o DGE,TS, Hyderabad: Day by day after completion of reverification work by the committee memebers

Instructions to the candidates those who applying for Recounting of marks:

1. The candidate has to submit his recounting application in the O/o the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, chapel road, Gunfoundry, Nampally, Hyderabad-500001 directly to reach this office in time.
2. The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.500/-
3. Enclose xerox copy of Hall Tickets, Dummy memo of marks. if enclosures not found along with application, the application will be summarily rejected.
4. Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Fee paid by the way of drawing demand drafts and bankers cheques will not be accepted.
6. enclose one self addressed envelop without stamps.
7. The challan has to be paid by the individual candidates only and no group challan will be accepted.
8. Application for recounting will be accepted in the O/o Director of Government Examinations only.

Guidelines for Reverification:

1. The candidate has to submit his application duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the school concerned duly getting the photo attested.
2. The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.1000/-.
3. The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned.
4. Need not apply for Recounting of marks, if applied for supply of Photostat copy of valued answer script.
5. Should not send application for re verification of answer scripts directly to the O/o the Director of Government Examinations/ Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad.
6. Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
7. Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8. Applications sending by post/courier service will not be accepted.
9. Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts & Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
10. The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
11. The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after re-verification.
12. Enclose One Self addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) without stamps and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the Head master concerned.
13. The Challan has to be paid by the individual candidates only and no group challan will be accepted.
14. Application for recounting will be accepted in the O/o Director of Government Examinations only.
