The Director of Government Examinations, AP, Vijayawada has informed that after publication of the SSC March 2019 Results, the Nominal Roll Extracts of the failed candidates will be sent to all the schools in the state. Accordingly the failed candidates have to remit the examination fee to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in June 2019. 

The the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations  will be conducted in the third or last week of July tentatively and requested the Commissioner of School Education, AP., to issue instructions to all the DEOs in the state to prevent all Head Masters of Secondary Schools under all managements along with their non-teaching staff and one office subordinate from availing summer vacation from the day of release of SSC March 2019 results to till re-opening of schools or said purpose.

Therefore, the DEOs are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters to secondary schools under all managements in their concerned districts on the following items for attending pre and post work of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in the month of June.

1. Prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all managements along with their Non-Teaching staff including office sub-ordinate personnel from availing summer vacation with effective from the day of release of results of SSC March 2019 results to till reopening of schools
2. Name of Head Master/Non-teaching staff institution wise shall be specifically obtained for prevention and issued specific orders if prevention duly mentioning the period
3. Earned Leaves may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation/proportionately as per the leave rules
4. Strictly follow the instructions issued by the Commissioner of School Education vide Proc Rc.No. 362/E1-1/2013, Dt: 16-11-2013 with regard to prevention of staff in summer vacation
